This is the unfinished group block by the Castle Quilters. I may not get to photograph the finished block as I will be in SAN Fran next week. The girls will have to add a boat and some fishermen as the title is Fishing.
Hi my name is Lynn Naughton and I love sharing my sewing projects. I make quilts, mixed media wall hangings and all kinds of items for my home. I teach patchwork in my studio where new students will also have access to beautiful fabrics and sewing notions.
This is looking good! I think the heritage quilt will look great from the blocks I've seen so far (St.Nicholas Church, hurling, irish dancers, fishing, the Long Walk)and I've also heard about one in progress on 'the Galway Shawl'. I can't wait to see them all at the Feb meeting.
