More Christmas wine bags.

More Floods - Scary stuff. The water has now flooded our timber cabin and has reached the back of the house. My back garden is a swimming pool, unfortunately wrong time of year for swimming and also would be poluted.

These pictures were taken a day apart. The view is from my bedroom window. The turlough usually fills up around the end of January. This year it full in November. In the summer it usually disappears completely.
What a difference a day makes. I just love the Irish weather all you need are your sun glasses, raincoat and a pair of wellies.

Some Wine bottle gift bags, made from thick curtain fabric and lined with christmas fabric and tied around the neck with a ribbon. Very quick and easy to make.

I have added some more stitching to my painting. My critics (kids) say the sea is a little on the green side. I have to agree my colour mixing needs more practice. The other piece is the start of the fabric version.
